Kvass mash concentrate

Kvass wort concentrate is a 100% natural semi-finished product, which is made from grain raw material.

Kvass wort concentrate is used as a raw material for kvass production, in bakery and confectionery industries.

In the bakery and confectionery industries, kvass wort concentrate is recommended to be used for the purpose of:

  • technological process intensification
  • improving the crumb color of the finished product
  • to give a rich color to the crust
  • creating a favorable environment for yeast
  • flavor enhancement

Shelf life:

12 months under observance of transportation and storage conditions.

Mass fraction of dry matter:

70±2%.

Taste:

sour-sweet, bread-like, with a slight bitterness and rye bread flavor.

In the consumer package keep in darkened ventilated spaces, free from extraneous odors, with relative humidity not exceeding 90% and air temperature from +2°C to +25°C;

In the transport package keep in darkened spaces, free from extraneous odors, at relative humidity not more than 90% and air temperature from -40°C to +30°C.
