Kvass wort concentrate is a 100% natural semi-finished product, which is made from grain raw material.
Kvass wort concentrate is used as a raw material for kvass production, in bakery and confectionery industries.
In the bakery and confectionery industries, kvass wort concentrate is recommended to be used for the purpose of:
- technological process intensification
- improving the crumb color of the finished product
- to give a rich color to the crust
- creating a favorable environment for yeast
- flavor enhancement
