Dark non-heady barley malt extract

Malt extract is a product obtained by extracting and concentrating a solution of extractive substances from malt and cereal grains.

Malt extracts are used for the production of kvass, in the baking, confectionery, brewing and dietary food industries.

The use of malt extracts in the bakery and confectionery industry deserves special attention. Baked goods made with malt extract are intended for diabetics and people on special diets. Such baked goods are easily digested, helps to increase the body’s resistance to metabolic disorders.

Malt extracts:

  • promote more active yeast growth, thereby increasing the volume of output;
  • keep the crumb and crust elastic;
  • help to achieve uniform porosity, crispy crust with beautiful color, crumbly;
  • increase the shelf life of baked goods.

Light barley malt, barley, drinking water.

Store in consumer packaging in closed, ventilated areas free of foreign odors, at a relative humidity of no more than 90% and an air temperature of +2.0 оС to +25,0 оC; the extract in the transport package should be stored in closed ventilated rooms, free from extraneous odors, at relative humidity not more than 90% and air temperature from -40,0 оС to +30,0 оC.
