You will have a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the production process and learn all the intricacies of creating real beer.
During the tour you will see the process of transformation of grain and water into a tasty drink, as well as learn about the only factory in Belarus, which applies the classic technology of bottom fermentation with separate main fermentation and fermentation in camp tanks.
Employees of Polotskie Beverages and Concentrates will tell about the history, peculiarities and achievements of our enterprise.
The most exciting part is, of course, the beer tasting, which you will be able to appreciate to the fullest.
The tour program includes:
A visit to the production workshops, where you will have the opportunity to study and visualize the production technology:
- The cooking shop is the “heart” of the enterprise
- Camp fermentation department
- Deep water treatment unit
tasting where you will be able to appreciate the truly excellent taste of Polotsk live beer!
Visit to the Polotskoye Beer specialty store, where you can buy fresh beer for every taste.
